- We, Algerians around the world, declare October 5, 2019, International Day for the Protection of Human Rights in Algeria.
- We call on the Algerian authorities, headed by the military command, the security services and the intelligence services, to stop the arbitrary arrests and intimidation of citizens because of their opinions.
- We Algerians around the world want to alert the international opinion and humanitarian organizations about human rights abuses in Algeria. These abuses violate the freedoms of expression, association and peaceful assembly.
